By engaging CWC Plumbing Contractors, you agree to abide by our terms of service. Please read these terms carefully before requesting our plumbing solutions.
Service Agreement
All services are performed based on written estimates and agreed-upon terms. Additional work or changes will require prior approval and may incur extra charges.
Payment Terms
Payments are due upon completion unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods, and late payments may incur interest charges.
Warranty and Guarantees
Our work is backed by a satisfaction guarantee and warranty on parts and labor, provided that proper maintenance is followed.
Liability
CWC Plumbing Contractors is not liable for damages beyond the scope of our work or issues arising from pre-existing conditions.
Customer Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing access to plumbing areas and disclosing relevant information about existing plumbing systems.
Confidentiality
All client information and project details are kept confidential and used solely for service purposes.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or mediation, in accordance with applicable laws.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Payments for work completed up to termination will be due.
Intellectual Property
All materials, including designs and documentation, remain the property of CWC Plumbing Contractors unless explicitly transferred.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or emergencies.
Amendments
These terms may be amended periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
